What you share in therapy is confidential, except when:

• You or someone else is at serious risk of harm
• A minor, elder, or other vulnerable adult is suspected of being abused or neglected
• Someone needs to access records due to a court order, subpoena, or lawful investigation
• I need to consult with another clinical professional (identifying details are not shared)

I am located in downtown Vancouver on the corner of Drake & Hornby. My address is #636–1281 Hornby Street.

I offer virtual appointments on Zoom. Please clarify whether you prefer in-person or virtual when booking an appointment.

You can book, reschedule, or cancel appointments by emailing me at helpinghands.89@yahoo.com.

I require 24 hours to cancel, reschedule, or make other changes to an appointment. However, I don’t provide refunds for late cancellations or missed appointments.

I accept payments by e-transfer.

I offer direct billing for Canada Life, Equitable, Manulife, Pacific Blue Cross, Sun Life, Telus Life Health, and through the First Nations Health Authority.
